Mió Gesha

This coffee is brought to you from the hard workers at Mio coffee. This coffee underwent mechanical de–pulping of the cherries at the wet mill while ensuring the mucilage stays attached to the beans. The sticky part of the cherry contains high amounts of sugar, resulting in a pronounced body.
