Pie High from Oddy Knocky Coffee is a beautifully balanced single-origin coffee from Honduras, grown at around 1450 metres above sea level at Finca El Chollo in Quilaperque, La Paz.

Produced using the Ihcafe 90 and Red Catuai varietals, this coffee highlights the rich sweetness and approachable fruit character that Honduras coffees are loved for. Careful cultivation and processing bring out a cup that feels both indulgent and vibrant.

In the brew we’re tasting pecan pie sweetness, ripe plum, and soft strawberry notes, giving the cup a dessert-like richness balanced with gentle fruit brightness.

This coffee works wonderfully across brewing styles — equally at home as a filter coffee, pour-over, or espresso.
